Riung 17 Island Marine Park is located in sub-district of Riung, located to North of Bajawa, is famed for its beautiful coral garden. The coast and the area surrounding the town of Riung have become a national conservation area, and were even given the status of national park and named pulau Tujuhbelas, or ‘seventeen islands’. In fact, the national park consists of more then 20 small and large islands. The local people, thought, have named the area ‘Riung Seventeen Islands’, a label that is easy to remember as it refers to the personification of a beautiful 17-year-old girl and also Indonesian Independence Day on the 17th of August.

D1 Labuan Bajo – Bajawa Airport – Riung
Picked up service at hotel / airport in Labuan Bajo, transfer to Komodo Airport (LBJ), catch flight wings air at 12.00PM to Bajawa. Arrived at Bajawa Airport (BJW), start the tour to visit So’a hot spring. Drive to Riung, on the way stopover at savannah and hill in Mbay. Dinner and overnight in Riung.
D2 Riung Marine Park Tour
Today you will explore some iconic places in this marine park by boat. First stop is watching flying foxes at Ontoloe Island. Second stop is trekking to small hill in Rutong island to see breaathaking view of RIung 17 Island from the hill top.
Continue your trip to Tiga Island, the best place in this marine park to do swimming, snorkeling and also relaxing on the white sand beach. Here also you will have fresh grilled fishes cooked by local people for your lunch.
Back to Riung and stay overnight in Riung.
D3 Tutubhada Village - Bena Traditional Village – Wolobobo Hill
Breakfast at hotel, loading luggage and check out. Depart in the morning to Bajawa, on the way stopover at Thutubhada village.
Arrive in Bajawa, visit Bena Traditional Village; one of Ngadanese traditional village, takes the shape of a rectangle and comprises 18 traditional houses in clan system. Bena people have agreed to conserve their traditional way of life, which includes preserving their ikat weaving technique.
Lunch at local restaurant in Bajawa town and continue to check in at Hotel.
In the late afternoon, visit Wolobobo Hill; a hill known as view point of Bajawa town, Inerie volcano and Ebulobo volcano.
Dinner and back to hotel.
D4 Bajawa Market – Bajawa Airport – Labuan Bajo
Last day in Bajawa, before leaving this cool town you will see local people activities in Bajawa Market. Transfer to the airport to catch flight to Labuan Bajo at 11.00AM. transfer to Hotel in Labuan Bajo or connecting your flight to Denpasar.
